Year 5 - Ancient Greece

Year 5 have had an exciting half term learning about Ancient Greece.  We have written mythical stories of beasts battling heroes and heroines.  In art, we used clay to create Ancient Greek inspired pots, which we decorated with patterns, using traditional Greek colours and patterns.  Finally, we used a technique of wax crayon and paint, which we then scratched off to create patterns.
