The Big Sing!

This morning, the children in Early Years and Key Stage 1 and the children in Key Stage 2 showed how hard they have been working each week in singing assemblies to learn a selection of festive songs.  Mrs Fraser came in to work with the children for the last time this term as they belted out classics like 'Jingle Bells', 'It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas' and 'Let it Snow', as well as other favourites such as 'When Santa Got Stuck Up the Chimney' and 'The Brussel Sprout Blues'.  The children (and the staff) had a great time singing and moving to the music, their enjoyment and enthusiasm a testament to the improving quality of music provision in the school.  'The Twelve Days of Christmas' was particularly fun and Bob Dylan would have been proud of the children's version of 'Must Be Santa'.  Well done to everyone and a huge thank you to Mrs Fraser for all her efforts.
